The SHO-FLOW app is a versatile application that offers dual functionality, compatible with or without a TFT SHO-FLOW® Bluetooth® flow meter. When used in conjunction with the SHO-FLOW meter, users are able to accurately determine flow rates for fire hose lines and nozzles, calculate Pump Discharge Pressures (PDP), Nozzle Reaction, and Hose Friction. Furthermore, the app allows for the implementation of an NFPA 1962 nozzle flow test. Even as a standalone water flow calculator, many of these capabilities can be executed using well-established fire flow formulas. Additionally, the app features informative water flow educational videos and provides recommendations for target fire flows when utilizing water or foam.

The TFT SHO-FLOW flow meter is specifically engineered to swiftly ascertain flow rates within a fire hose line and wirelessly transmit this information to a nearby smart device. This technology can be applied to a multitude of firefighting, training, or testing scenarios involving hose lines or nozzles.
